KCE PTO General Membership meetings are generally held in August, October, January, February and April. Elections for the following year occur at the April meeting. KCE PTO Executive Board Meetings are closed and typically occur monthly. General Membership Meeting minutes will be posted within 60 days of each session and are always available for review to the community via written request.
